IHTC Thermal Monitoring System
Continuous thermal monitoring for critical assets.
Know exactly where temperature is rising — and how fast. IHTC delivers continuous thermal monitoring with precise location for battery rooms, charging zones, conveyors, and critical electrical systems.
Dual sensing
Reads the asset, not just the air.
Smoke and heat detectors watch the air in a room. IHTC reads the surfaces where problems actually start. Every sensing module measures two things at once: the ambient environment by contact, and — via non-contact infrared — the surface temperature of the asset itself: the battery rack, the bearing line, the busway. Continuously, every few seconds, along up to 6,560 ft (2,000 m) per control unit.
A condition-monitoring instrument, not another alarm bell.
Continuous temperatures, per section
Live readings from up to 400 sensing points stream into your SCADA, BMS, or DCIM over Modbus — or into the IHTC Monitor software.
Exact location
Hot spots and alerts are identified to within 16 ft (5 m), so your crew goes straight to the problem.
Trends, not just thresholds
Fixed-temperature and rate-of-rise monitoring with selectable sensitivity flags abnormal heating for your maintenance team before it becomes an event.
Insurer-ready records
Monitoring logs, alert histories, and exportable thermal reports that support loss-prevention programs and underwriting submissions.
Restorable
Sensing elements are not consumed. The system self-restores after heat exposure.
Where it works
01 · PRIMARY
Battery, ESS & charging areas
Racks, e-mobility rooms, forklift and tool charging, EV-charging zones in parking garages.
02
Conveyors & material handling
Belt lines and bearing runs in distribution centers and plants.
03
Data-center & electrical infrastructure
Cable trays, busways, electrical rooms, termination fields.
Prove it in 60–90 days.
The Evaluation Kit is a fixed-fee pilot on one room or one run: hardware, commissioning, tuned alert thresholds, temporary monitoring for the pilot period, and an insurer-ready thermal report. The full fee credits toward a deployment, and you keep your data.
